Personally, I feel this form (Seleno Excell) of Selenium from Yeast is the best. So this is the one I use. One 200 mcg. capsule daily. There are a number of touted Selenium products out there, and they all deliver the goods. Swanson also has Seleno Excell under their label. I have tried several forms. Still, I much prefer my Selenium to come from Yeast. I give Selenium Yeast to my show horses, too. I must really believe in it.
