It says that it's 5 times extra large. My butt, when I put this thing on full length, the park that's supposed to be down by your waist was under my arms. It was like it was made for a small person. But I'm only 510 in, and it was like putting on a T-shirt for a six-year-old. This wouldn't have supported anything. The back doesn't have any support. It's just a strap, it doesn't have an old tension bars in there or anything.It's useless
