Delivered by trucking company who refused to bring it into my home. Still sits outside. Unable to find someone to bring in and 'install'. Don't order unless you have someone to install. Had Walmart offered to send a live person to install, my rating would have been higher. I would have gladly paid for an installation.

Very disappointed at the delivery/carrier

Received a call from the delivery driver saying that if a long driveway, they could only leave the appliance at the end of the driver and I had to figure out a way to get it into the house. Whaaat?! I don't have the equipment to get it in the door. All I heard was "Sorry, ma'am" and that was that. Now, I'm without a refrigerator and trying to figure out how to fix that. Sigh.
