The Professional is Superb.

Great film. 1st time Americans see Jean Reno in a leading role. Gary Oldman is realistically frightening. And, of course the Amazing debut of Natalie Portman.

I have seen this movie many times it's one of my favorites but this is better the ultimate edition for picture and sound. I'm very happy with my purchase.

A Masterclass In The Use Of Light

This has always been one of the best-looking films in my collection, from laserdisc to blu-ray. This 4K adds to the quality and makes it worth buying again! It is not so much that the image is more clearly defined (though it certainly is) but that it strengthens the almost miraculous way cinematographer Thierry Arbogast employs light, sometimes literally to tell the story. If you were a fan of this movie in other iterations, you will be thrilled with this presentation.
