I use it for a lot of different exercises: good mornings, straight bar curls, front raises, Bulgarian split squats, lunges, overhead press, wrist curls and skull crushers. The bar fits well in my garage for hip thrusts. It doesn't work on my squat rack with weight loaded but it doesn't fit on the rack. Excited to add to gym. The black is matte not shiney. Will buy 10 more for gym.
