My Australian Shepherd absolutely loves this machine. All day long every day if I would allow it. Only problem is he likes to get the balls extra slobbery (wet really wet) the machine doesn't like it. i will stand beside the machine and wipe the balls a little bit and then place them into the machine. In the 5 years of owning one of these, small price to pay. By the way, we are on our second machine, honestly we just wore the first one completely out.
