Instructions
• Size: Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail–1 is largest, 11 is smallest–for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger. • Prep: Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.) • Apply: Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.) • If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down. • Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired..

Long Lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impress is amazing. I use these continuously and if the time is taken to follow the instructions carefully I get a full two weeks from each set. They are shaped perfectly and stay on firmly. Occasionally I have to replace my thumb or index finger but there are usually extras when needed. 100% would recommend the entire Impress line.

Yes, I wear white after Labor Day clothing and nail polish. I live in Florida and we do not give it a second thought. Love white nails, I don't tan real sun or spray on and they still the nails look super.
