Kohn, Parents Magazine, September 1992 About the Artist Priscilla Herdman is considered one of the finest singers in American folk music. She is a notable songfinder and this skill is very evident in the selections she chose for "Stardreamer". She has performed nationally since 1975 and has released 12 albums, including three for children and their families and three with a trio consisting of Priscilla, Anne Hills and Cindy Mangsen. Priscillas first album, "The Water Lily" on Philo Records, is a folk classic. Her most recent adult album is "The Road Home" on Redwing Music. "Stardreamer" was originally recorded in 1988 to celebrate the songs sung to her daughter Suzanna who was three years old at the time. The reissue of "Stardreamer" is the first release on Priscillas own label, Stardreamer Music. Priscilla lives in the Hudson Valley of her native New York State with her husband and daughter.
