I use this product to rejuvenate my burning aching feet and also for aches and pains. But an added bonus I learned from my dad back in the 60's is that is also works for jock itch and athletes foot. Works really well!
I recently started running and I got a mild foot sprain. I was looking for something to take the pain away and I ended purchasing the Absorbine liquid...glad I did! The pain subsided right away as soon as I applied the liquid and went away in few days from first application. The fresh cool feeling helps soothing the pain and it's really refreshing. I occasionally get backaches and this worked well for that as well.
