Underwear with a pocket

This is my favorite underwear with pocket. I use a shield after prostate cancer and had it removed. This underwear can fit and hide men's shield so it won't feel like something pressing your penis all the time. The pocket hides the shield in the pocket and makes it feel much better. If you do not use men's shield, this will hide your goodies and makes more space for it and comfortable. I only buy underwear with pockets now days.
