In fifty years of cooking, I have never seen a baking or cookie sheet of this quality. Atypical baking sheet is nonstick aluminum. After a few months, the nonstick coating has come off and has to be thrown away. The superior quality with stainless steel and nonstick is long lasting and durable for years. Excellent!!
