The manufacturer suggests 2 pills morning and night. I used just 1 pill A.M. and P.M. with excellent results... in a very short time .....with no negatives. In fact, it is very subtle and calming especially before bed. There are Some very informative reviews and medical studies on-line. These were very helpful in my purchase.
