The more I learn about probiotics the more it makes sense that you need these little warriors in your body. I recently learned the the more variety of good bacteria the better and this brand has lots of different strains and is resistant to stomach acid which is a good thing because a lot of products out there just get dissolved in your stomach before they get a chance to form colonies. The price is good and they don't need to be refrigerated. GET SOME and get Regular. :)
