Love that the lowest speed is so slow for mixing in light ingredients without throwing them all over the Kitchen. All the speeds increase slow steps so overal speed control is excellent. Also love the silicon coat beaters. They allow you to run the beaters right up to sides of a bowl or pan without damaging the container or the beaters themselves. I have owned numerous hand mixers over my 67 years. All my experience and accumulated wisdom says this is the best so far and the refurbish price made it a great value.
