Artisan Collection Santoku Knife 5"

I've been looking for a good knife that doesn't stick as much to the food (it still does but not as often), that is the right size, has a comfortable handle and not as heavy as my current random set of knives. This one fit the bill. I enjoy it so much that I also ordered the Paring knife and the chef's knife! The other thing that makes this knife great is that it comes with the heavy plastic sheath so I can just throw it in the drawer and not worry about damaging the blade.
