Perfect combination of vintage and modern!

I was looking for an expensive light figure for my vintage, white, cottage kitchen. I kind of settled on this because I couldn't find anything else, and I thought the gold would go with the aged brass cabinet hardware. I thought I'd buy this and keep looking. Well, it's been in a few months now and I couldn't be happier -- I don't plan to keep looking -- this is the right fixture!

I love the gold.

The gold is like a dull shine spray paint kind of color rather than a very shiny gold leaf type of finish. Warms up the space.
