Extruded Acrylic Plexiglass Triangle Rod, Isosceles, 0.5" x 0.5" x 0.707" x 24" L (Pack of 4)

This is exactly what I needed for a project. It's perfect material to not fade or crack (with UV), it's hard and durable and it's clear to not show much. Of course you can paint it if your project calls for that, but mine didn't. It arrives very well protected in a hard tube with bubblewrap and then in a triangular shipping box. Hence they were perfect and unscratched for my project and I appreciate that. They are apparently easy to cut with a fine-toothed hacksaw. But the 24" pieces were exactly what I needed, so I didn't cut them.
