Instructions
Hot - Brew in a French press, mate gourd, coffee/espresso maker, or tea filter for 3-10 minutes. We suggest using one heaping teaspoon per cup of water. Adjust as necessary. Never boil mate. First, moisten the mate with cold water to protect the nutrients and flavor, then add hot water. Iced - Brew mate and add ice. Mate also brews in cold water! Try adding lemon or mint. The Guayaki Mate Latt���: Brew a strong batch of mate, then add vanilla soy milk and honey. bliss in a cup!

Good price
I live just outside the grocery delivery service radius so I was thrilled to find this online at Walmart. If you drink yerba mate and you're familiar with this brand, you know it is pretty consistent and you can be assured of what you're getting every time. There are some stems but the ratio to herb is small. You *can* find a slightly better brand online but at a much steeper price. I've yet to open a stale bag of Guakyaki and that's important to me since I can't have coffee due to adrenal issues and tea seems to interfere somewhat with my methylation. I don't want to live without caffeine and yerba mate means I don't have to. XD
