Traditional Swiss way: Original Swiss Bircher M���esli (Bircher's Recipe, serves 2): Add the ingredients below and you will son enjoy your own bowl of natural cereal goodness! 1. 3/ 4 cup familia Original Recipe M���esli. 2. 1/2 cup plain or fruit yogurt. 3. 3/4 cup milk. 4. 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. 5. 2 tbsp orange juice. 6. 1/4 banana thinly sliced. 7. 1 unpeeled apple, chopped or grated. 8. handful of seasonal fruit, berries and grapes. Mix together and leave to soak for at least 10 minutes- the longer the better. Enjoy!
