Cake Beauty The Do Gooder Volumizing Dry Shampoo, 7 Ounces

I purchased this along with the Posh Wash and the Soft Serve (shampoo and conditioner), hoping to be able to wash every two days eventually. I'm really glad I gave it a try. Some context : I've had oily skin and scalp since puberty around 12 and I've felt the urge to wash my hair daily ever since (I'm 26 now). My hair is short, dark blond and very, VERY thin, so it looks really gross and oily when I wake up in the morning - like it's glued to my scalp, ew. I've tried so many different dry shampoos, they helped for like an hour and then my hair just looked real dirty again. Whenever I would try to skip a wash, in the afternoon of my second day, my scalp would become really itchy, on top of looking disgusting. Recently I decided to try extending time between washes again, but using a more gentle strategy, washing every 36h instead of every 2 days, so one day I'll wash in the morning, the next day I'll wash at night when I'm back home from work, the next day I'll skip the wash, etc. Enter Cake products. These 3 products have made it incredibly easy so far - I'm impressed and I'm even considering to start washing every two days soon, once I'm used to the 36h thing. One trick that works really well for me is to use the dry shampoo BEFORE going to bed, then doing touch-ups in the morning. Nobody noticed the change around me so far, except now I get compliments on the dry shampoo's smell. :) It's very sweet and feminine, which is fine by me - if you don't like that type of smell, I guess you should be looking for a different company... ! Also, the product doesn't leave any visible residue on my hair, and my scalp gets way less itchy than it used to (thanks to the shampoo and conditioner?). I would recommend these products without hesitation to anyone with similar hair type/problems !

I use this product daily to preserve my hairstyle, to prolong the need to wash it, and I also use it prior to curling my hair. My hair doesn't hold a curl well, so the dry shampoo helps a lot! I have tried over 20 brands of dry shampoo. This one is the best for effectiveness and great smell ??????
