I'm on my 2nd bottle of Solaray's Sharp Mind Focus. Seems to be helping with my mental clarity, but to be honest, my poor sleeping habits are not helping my mental focus. I will continue to take this product and feel that it offers good value. iHerb shipped my order promptly and was well -ackaged, with a friendly hand written note on the box.

I have used other focus supplement you really have to find what works for you. This has helped me as a non-caffeine alternative. Highly recommend but also must cycle off it maybe month on and off. Great ingredients and quality!
