Always gentle cleansing shampoos heat protecting products for styling, and brush hair prior to washing and prior to going to bed. Make sure to use hair treatments masks at least once a week for moisture, color protection, scalp health and shine enhancement depending on your hair type. Try to avoid products with harsh sulfates (SLS or SLES), harsh parabens, sodium chloride, and petrochemicals.
