ZERO STARS!! When this item was purchased, I also purchased a separate perfume that was sold by Walmart. Apparently even though the 2 items was charged together I was not specifically made aware one item was being sold by Fragrance Love on Marketplace. After receiving these products due to a strong alcohol smell in what is being sold as "parfum" . I began the return process on the Walmart app (supposed to be convenient for the customer) The refunds were accepted, I then went to the service desk to complete the transaction. Now I would think it would be a simple return. Two items charged to my bank as one purchase, Easy right?
One item was refunded fairly quickly but as the clerk was holding both items I asked about the refund and she stated she couldn't find it in the system. I reminded her that it was there because I had begun the transaction on the app and it was accepted. Of course she was the only one at the service desk and people were lining up behind me so I could sense she was getting a little irritated with me but I've done my part according to the store rules and policy and I would like to have the refund I was owed. She then asked me if I'd bought it from Marketplace and to the best of my knowledge I'd bought them together from Walmart. com. Then she apparently looked at the Marketplace and she literally threw the item back at me (it bounced) and said she could not accept the return due to hazardous liquids. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! You literally accepted the first item which is the exact same thing! She said I'd have to contact the seller on MP to handle the return. I sent the request to Fragrance Love who promptly sent back that they would only accept the return within 30 days of purchase. 6 days past 30 days. Heck according to the original return I began I still have a couple more days.
Oh let's not forget as I'm leaving the service desk the clerk says "that's why you don't want to shop on Marketplace"
