Arrived flattened %26 broken

When I opened the pkg, the center piece had come out because the ring had gotten smashed in transit. A neighbor who does metal work park time was able to fix it--sort of. After several hours of work he was able to make it round again, but he had to fit it so that I can only show one side rather than flip the center as the ring was designed to.
