(24 pack) "JIFFY" Corn Muffin Mix, 8.5 oz Box

I've made cornbread many different ways but this little box of cornbread mix is amazing! It takes five minutes to mix. Add an egg mix then add 1/3 cup of milk or water to the mix and stir… it doesn't matter. Now let it sit while your oven heats up. It doesn't matter what you cook it in… a muffin pan, a baking dish or cake or pie pan, an iron skillet, whatever you prefer. I use a greased iron skillet to bake the mix so I put the iron skillet in the oven while it is heating. I use a small amount of extra oil but as long as the skillet is greased and hot that's all you need for the bottom of the cornbread to get nice and crunchy. It doesn't get any easier than that!

I've always loved the corn mix and I know prices are going up. It's just a little high sometimes to pay way over $1.79 for one little cornbread especially when you're on a fixed income and get no help like I am but I do love your product And at 72. I have to pinch pennies.
