I depend on them to clear my nose

I've depended on these inhalers for years... for decades, in fact. I always have one in my pocket and another at my bedside, as they're especially useful for clearing my stuffed-up nose when I'm trying to sleep. My allergist actually recommends them. -- they work (unlike Vicks inhalers, which, I've read, are medically ineffective).
