The product was fine but for some reason, it could not be shipped "expedited". I purchased two items at the same time (the sketch book and another book), and I needed the sketch book within 5 days so I selected (and paid for) expedited shipping. The book that I really did not need came quickly; however, the sketch book did not. I called Wal-Mart.com and they said that the sketch book could not be shipped expedited. I was totally confused! I paid the extra charge (my daughter needed for her art class) for a book I did not need quickly. Wal-Mart did not make it at all clear that this book was a separate shipment. They were very apologetic, but did not offer to refund the expedited shipping cost.
