I honestly love the fact that they were considerate and gave gloves to us with the chair to use to put together. I didn't have any gloves or any tools but it offered all that. I was not happy with this chair. It was harder to put together than any other chair I've had. The arms specifically were a pain to put on. The chair itself is small. My short 12 year old's head is over the top that's how small the chair is. It also doesn't recline like advertised. I'd return it, but I don't feel like taking it apart.
