I was skeptical when ordering. Bought for a corner reading nook and Im pleasantly surprised. It looks great. The light it puts out depends on the type of bulb you put in it. I went with a lower wattage bulb for a more elegant look while on. This lamp is heavier than I expected. Note if you don't tighten the pieces it will not sit straight.
