Proper installation is critical

This is the second replacement glass that I've purchased and just like the mirror on my truck the first install was like a fun house mirror. Both times I had to remove the mirror and put a bit of lube on the contact points for a perfectly flush fit. No problems with the product. It's the installation that needs to be just right or the mirror flexes and the images look distorted.

Absolutely disappointed

After installing the mirror, the reflection was if I was looking at a amusement park Glass. It was wavy and distorted. I called customer service and they agreed it was a manufacturing defect and agreed to send me new one at no cost. Replacement arrived and I installed it. Same quality. Distortion made me dizzy looking at it. I am very disappointed at the quality of the items. Not like I have money to waste!
