Great Cushion
This is a great cushion for any age. Bought one for each of our aging Mother's and then I had to have surgery and bought one for myself. They are simple to use...just don't blow them up too tight. You need to be sitting "in" the cushion...not "on" and they're super comfortable on your bottom! Perfect size for dining table chair.

Pain relief
Makes sitting more comfortable, reduces pain from sitting. I've used it personally for years in my car, on long airplane or train rides to prevent pain from siatica. My husband uses it for pressure ulcer (bed sores) prevention because he spends long hours in his recliner.
