Instructions
General directions: Patch Usage Instructions: 1. Remove patch from outer package. 2. Partially peel back protective film. 3. Place on affected area. 4. Remove remaining film while pressing patch to skin. Age group directions: Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Clean and dry affected area, partially peel back protective film and apply exposed patch to site of pain. Carefully remove remaining film while pressing patch to skin and leave in place for up to 8 hours. Use on affected areas not more than 4 times daily. Wash hands with cool water after use. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Consult physician.

I have ordered it several times because I have chronic back pain. The only reason I gave it two fours and not fives It's because it is a little difficult to put on .But, I have ordered it over and over again, so obviously it's not that big of an issue. It gets me through a lot of days where I would have back pain all day long. But, it is a little expensive for me to buy. Overall, I do like the product though and I have recommended to others many times!!!

I have suffered with debilitating back, leg and foot pain from 2 back surgeries and numerous injections that left me with permanent nerve damage at 34 years old. I was an elite, professional athlete in my prime and rising at just 20 years old when I suffered an injury that required my first emergency back surgery and I was never the same since. I am now 46 years old and I've tried every medication, every treatment available to me and so on. The ONLY thing that has helped relieve the pain are these patches (and fyi the generic versions don't work half as well and are a waste of money). Bio freeze was not available to the public for purchase until the last several years (my surgeon used to give me the tiny gel packets back in the early aughts). The price may seem a bit high to some at first but trust me... don't waste your time and money on generics. These are miracle workers and I highly HIGHLY recommend.
