I'm still waiting for a refund for these. They told me to contact the seller; sure… try getting on the phone with a CS Rep who can't speak fluent English in Malaysia or the Philippines. I speak 3 languages; Tagalog ain't one of them… The product quality was substandard; they weren't stable in holding the iPads in place, and when you have to rely on the wireless keyboard to lend support - the folding pieces were too flimsy; we watched the ad video in the Walmart app, showing how to fold and use it correctly; and NO. They wouldn't work; only two of these were ordered, but they sent a 3rd one with a keyboard that was too large, with no lighting in it. This should tell you a little bit about your vendor. I said that I was throwing them away; but I didn't. I WILL TAKE THEM BACK TO OUR WALMART STORE and return them in person! I want a REFUND.
