Affordable, decent sound but doesn't keep a tune

The violin doesn't really ever keep a tune. My recommendation would be to remove all the pegs and coat them with rosin to give a little bit more friction and hopefully they'll stick. The bridge also keeps sliding out of place but for a $40 violin I guess you can't really argue. It has a surprisingly sweet sound once you do get it to tune.

I purchased three violins and only received one. My credit card was charged and no communication from either the seller or from Walmart as to the status of my order. They were just going to keep my money and not send me the product. Very questionable business practice! I would avoid doing business with this company.
