Not as advertised, but will meet my needs.

Delivery was delayed. Item arrived not as advertised: looks used, not in a package, just loose in a small square of bubble wrap and had smudges; not brand Wowpen Joy as pictured on web page, rather generic no name brand; no manual included, so took a few minutes to figure out it is not battery operated, and where the cord included went, as the hole was tiny. Item does work, so and is the same shape and size as the Wowpen Joy, so I am ok with it. Not sure I will purchase again though, or if I recommend it. Time will tell on performance.
