Product is sturdy and performs well in the single family dwelling in which it is installed. Only reason for four stars is it does not include any mounting hardware. Setup was easy enough if you have the correct fasteners for the type of surface you plan on mounting it to.

Design revision needed

The smaller of the 2 rollers is held in place by small springs (ballpoint pen springs). These had both fallen out during shipment. By luck we found them and after a lot of determination and difficulty, plus a little bit of duct tape, got them wedged back in their difficult-to-access home.
