Poor. Unable to contact company to return.
Supposed to be weather resilient, it's not. Let rain %26 snow in around the edge of the roof all the way around. Flops around in the wind, definitely need anchors. The windows ripped where the tent and been folded for shipment. I tried contacting the seller through the walmart website (a walmart employee sent them a message on my behalf and later I sent another message on my own) and by finding an email address for the company on my own, to no avail. Should have been able to return the item defective due to it ripping but got stuck with a $500 tarp instead.
