It arrived Undamaged—-works for me. No extra tools needed. All parts were included—again works for me. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. It fit perfectly. ( again) . I put a cushion in it and my two 50+lbs Pits won't come out. They love it and plenty of room. (Last again) . Great purchase , Rich J.
