Very nice! Maybe new and improved?

I just bought this table November 2020. I chose the black and gold color. Some reviewers said the wood split when trying to put it together. I think the manufacturer has changed the length of the screws so that they are shorter and do not split the wood. It looks exactly like the photo in the catalog. It's surprisingly heavy, solid and sturdy. I absolutely love it! Sorry, I'm not a very good photographer. . . .

Slim size works well but low quality

We read all the reviews and were prepared for the low quality. Even so, we needed a slim entry hall table and the dimensions were great for our purposes so we hoped for the best. Just as others said, the holes did not line up but we carefully drilled new holes and it was OK in the end. The extra shipping charges seemed excessive too.
