Unable to open. Faulty childproof cap
I'm having to return the bottle because of the childproof cap they've decided to put on some bottles. Took forever to open it the first time. Went to use it again and can't open it. The childproof mechanism broke and it will not open. I had some others try to thinking it might be my hands post surgery. Nope. It just clicks, bumps and turns. Nothing will catch. Sad, because the smell it wonderful. Especially mixed with the cane candy EO as suggested in another review.
