First thing I did was count them to make sure they were all there and I actually have 101 so that's a plus. I blew one up to see the size and it looks smaller than I expected but I think I can make them work for what I need them for. The latex feels like a decent quality, better than others but not as thick as Party City balloons but for the price the quality is expected. I will update on how they hold up after my daughter's 1st birthday party.

There were only 90 instead of the promised 100 balloons and they didn't blow up to as large as some other 10" balloons which I bought. The only plus is that I got them fast and they are true to the color in the photo (the other balloons were yellow in the picture and then arrived orange).
