Love this product

Fast delivery. I called the service department because the unit was making a noise as if something was loose and they sent me another unit immediately without any hassle. The service Tech was very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this Company to anyone that wants a quality product and great customer service. I am a repeat customer I purchased an Electric fireplace Log insert a couple of years ago and my experience with this company was the same then as it was now.
