I have chronic pain in my back legs, and neck due to pinched nerves. These patches are great instead of depending on a medication. There are too many people in this day and age that seek medication to deal with pain. I'm going to continue to use them so I don't have or need for medication . They are thin and slick not bulky. This equate capsaicin patches is by far one of the better pain relief patches for its value. I've tried all the products offered icy hot aspercreme bio freeze salon pas Alleviates my spasms %26 pain in my back legs %26 chins. I cut the patches down they can become uncomfortable if you put a large patch.

These work so well for my muscle pain. I pull a muscle in my back frequently and these always do the trick. I appreciate the price. Just know that it does give that hot feeling, and be sure to wash your hands after applying so you dont get that pepper in your eyes by rubbing them.
