Very Comfortable - Excellent Customer Service

I bought a pair through their EBay store. Loved the fit and comfort. Wore them every day for two weeks when one eyelet tore. I sent an email on a Sunday explaining what happened. I heard back within a hour that they were sending me a new pair. I received the new pair in three days. Awesome customer service -- I'm wearing them now!
