The chrome books are great quality. They already had everything on them and it was accessible for the kids to set it up and sign right in. When they arrived (I ordered two chrome books) the wireless earbuds were not in the package. I notified them and the buds arrived within 5 days. Great service.

"Restored" item is heavily used %26 broken

This item reads that it is "restored" but it has not been. It arrived with heavy scratches on the shell, crumbs on the keyboard, broken hinge and exposed wires. This appears to be a return thats never been touched and not "restored".
