Good but not great

Ok here is the scoop, Legit review Pros : fast, easy to use, easy to move around, Great turntable feature, huge opening compared to many other fits 16" pie easy alot of the other ones the opening is only 12-13" wide, Huge plus on that. Cover and all accessories. Cons: My major issue is there is no door and it takes forever to get the stone to correct temp sometimes I can not get it to 800 without having to block opening. Which cause the pies to not cook all the way through before the crust burns so I made my own door out of steel adding a door would have been 5 stars, Also the peel that comes with it is tiny 12" peel if you want a 16" pie you need a bigger peel. So 3 rating cause of door other wise its made very well and the stone and turntable are great. Mine is the propane one.
