Good unit. Damaged, poor packaging and shipping.

Unit was damaged in shipping. I made repairs to the plastic case surrounding the RV Air Conditioner before installing it. It was a time sensitive issue and I didn't have time ( estimated 7-14 days ) to request, return and wait for a new undamaged unit to be shipped. I don't know if the unit was poorly packaged, mishandled by freight carrier or both. Shipping damages is the only thing that would keep me from ordering this product again.

Verified Purchase

Received the A/C unit and the shroud was broken, so did the return through mail immediately. Walmart would not exchange the item, only a return , we are placing this A/C on a unit for an 82 year old man , a victim of the Kerrville floods. no money to purchase another A/C . We have been waiting on return funds 20 days ... This is absolutely the worst customer service and transparency I have ever dealt with..
