This book will establish the key factors that encourage organizations in Nigeria to outsource and the problems the companies are encountering in comparison with the situation in China/Western world. Increasing customers changing taste, market changes and constant yearnings for faster delivery are all putting increased pressure on Global logistics strategies that organizations are adopting as to meet their missions- (Bardi, 1991).
