Beautiful fixture, but...

I bought two of this fixture for my home - beautiful! Would have given a 5 star if it wasn't such a pain to put together and take apart. I found the small pieces that don't attach to anything, or are even seen, to be hard to keep from falling while putting globe on. After getting the globe on I found not a whole lot of stem left for the cage to attach - had it fall off a couple times. I don't look forward to changing bulbs in the future, but will enjoy until then.
