A Very Good Phone for Those with serious Hearing Loss

This is my third version of this phone. It fits my needs best of all the hearing-assisted phones. Perhaps the most important feature to me is caller iD voice announcement. (You must subscribe to your phone co's. Caller ID service.)Since the announcement volume can be set high, I am able to hear the number & don't have to go to the phone to see the number/caller on the monitor. If I recognize the number, I answer, if convenient. If not, the caller can leave a message on my message service, or not. It's easy to avoid a lot of unwanted calls this way. The phone has a whole range of adjustable features to use or not, depending on your needs.The manual is very detailed, and ClearSounds customer service has always been helpful if needed. Zoro had the best price & fantastic delivery time--had the phone the day after I ordered it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Clear Sounds not clear.

For a phone that is named Clear Sounds it is definitely not clear. I have trouble making out the person that is talking to me. I had some trouble setting it up not very clear on that either. I called their customer service for help, and they were very nice and helpful. Ringer is not really loud enough. All in all, if I was going to purchase another amplified phone it would not be this one.
